Our Storm Summer Volleyball Prep training program is four weeks of Volleyball Technique Training & Athlete Performance Training with our Elite Coaches and Trainers.
THESE ARE NOT BEGINNER LESSONS. YOU MUST BE GOING INTO THE 8TH-12TH GRADE OR A COLLEGIATE ATHLETE.
These are broken down into two areas which will allow us to focus a little more to the type of training these athletes need:
- Hitter/Setters - Will focus on their specific area on the court while their athlete training will be more focused on jump, agility, & strength
- Defense/Setters - Will focus on their specific area on the court while their athlete training will be more focused on quickness, agility & strength
Each group will only have 8 athletes max so the volleyball training will be geared around semi-private lessons to focus the maximum on what these athletes need and get them maximum touches on the court.
SETTERS PLEASE NOTE: You have a choice of hitter/setters or defense/setters. This gives the opportunity to work on an even more specific part of your game along with setting.
Athletes will have two types of training sessions
- Three Sessions of one hour on the court working volleyball skill and technique drills
- Three Sessions of one hour of athlete performance training with a high emphasis on explosive speed and agility training for our defensive players and explosive jump and agility training for hitters/setters.
The Weekly Schedule of these will be specific. Athletes will typically train three days weekly:
Day 1 - Sunday at 3pm - 5pm ---- one hour of volleyball and one hour of athlete performance training
Day 2 - Monday's from 4:30pm - 6:30pm ---- one hour of volleyball and one hour of athlete performance training (this time will be adjusted during our camp weeks)
Day 3 - Wednesday's from 4:30pm - 6:30pm ---- one hour of volleyball and one hour of athlete performance training
Week 1 - July 6th-8th Will Be Adjusted Due Storm Offices Closed Early That Week:
Wednesday 4:30pm-6:30pm, Thursday 4:30pm-6:30pm
Week 2 - July 10th-13th:
Sunday 3-5pm, Monday 4:30pm-6:30pm, Wednesday 4:30pm-6:30pm
Week 3 - July 17th-20th:
Sunday 3-5pm, Monday 4:30pm-6:30pm, Wednesday 4:30pm-6:30pm
Week 4 - July 23th-July 28th - BACK TO SCHOOL PREP (our extra day added in and times adjusted for our camps this week)
Sunday 3-5pm, Monday 4:00pm-6:00pm, Wednesday 4:00pm-6:00pm, Thursday 4:30-6:30pm
