This Package Trains Twice a Week - Sunday & Wednesday's

Cost - $75 a month

The goal of Storm's Performance Training Program is to physically prepare athletes to meet the demands needed to compete at the highest level.

Our trainers are not only certified but experienced coaches who have coached numerous sports. They have helped prepare athletes in-season as well as in off-season. Having coached volleyball, softball, basketball, tennis, soccer, and others they design workouts to help athletes perform and excel.

Beginner Jump Technique Programs

This will be a limited program for athletes only that meets twice weekly on the below schedule. It will be limited to 10 total athletes. Athletes will also have a third workout they must do at home:

  • This program is limited to only 10 athletes.
  • This program is the pre-requisite to our other advanced jump programs.
  • The jump technique program focuses on the technique of jumping.
  • Open to all athletes regardless of club, school or sport affiliation.
  • MUST BE IN GRADES 7TH - 12TH+
This Month's Schedule

Our First Session Will Be Sunday, September 5th, at 3:00pm

Once Registered you will train TWICE WEEKLY all month in our jump technique training sessions.
  • Sunday's at 3:00pm
  • Wednesday's at 6:30pm

***PLEASE NOTE - DUE TO FEES FOR GYM, VARIOUS EQUIPMENT, AND COACHES FEES, YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED OR ABLE TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER DATE IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE IT OR CANCEL. ALL SPOTS SOLD ARE DEPENDENT ON HAVING A FULL GYM AND PARTICIPATION ON THE NIGHTS YOU SELECT.
